The 868 Marketplace at Brentwood Mall

It is our pleasure to officially invite you to be a part of The 868 Marketplace at Brentwood Mall. This market provides an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to connect with new customers, increase brand awareness, and expand their clientele. The 868 Marketplace is dedicated to supporting local artisans, craft makers, service providers, and entrepreneurs by providing a professional platform to showcase and sell their products and services.

Admission is free and the event is open to the public from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Exhibitors are required to arrive between 8:30am and 9:45am for setup. Our team members will be on-site to assist with offloading and loading vehicles both before and after the event. We also provide a hand trolley service to make transporting merchandise easier. In addition, exhibitors will have access to our marketplace LINX Machine for accepting LINX payments from customers. At the end of the event, exhibitors using the LINX service will be required to complete a LINX Reimbursement Form to collect the payments received through the machine. These forms are available from the LINX assistant at the marketplace information table.

Please note that exhibitors should enter the mall through the entrance located between Excellent Stores and Reebs. The venue provides washroom facilities for both customers and exhibitors. Rectangular six-foot tables (72 x 30 inches) are provided for the display of products and services. The cost of renting one table is $450 TTD, and each table includes two chairs.

Full payment is required to confirm your table reservation. Payments can be made via bank deposit or online banking through any of the five major banks: Republic Bank, First Citizens, RBC, Scotiabank, Ansa or JMMB Bank. If you would like to reserve a table, simply let us know your preferred bank and we will provide the relevant banking details. Upon receipt of payment, a payment receipt will be emailed to you and our Event Guidelines will be shared for your reference.
