For all KAPPA events, admission is free and open to the public from 10 AM to 6 PM. Merchants should arrive between 8:30 AM and 10 AM for setup. Our team will assist with offloading/loading, and a hand trolley service is available. Merchants can use the South Market LINX Machine for payments. At the end, submit the LINX Reimbursement Form at the South Market table to collect payments.

While you’re there, be sure to head inside Kappa Drugs and explore their wide range of products, essentials, and gift-worthy goodies. And of course, don’t leave without popping into Caribbean Collection — our creative retail space located right inside Gulf City Mall. 

The cost of renting one table is $435 TT dollars (Tent Zone). Each table comes with two chairs.

Full payment is required to confirm your table at the event. Payments can be made at the bank through a bank deposit or via online banking facilities utilizing any of the 5 major banks: Republic, FCB, RBC, Scotia or JMMB Bank. Upon payment, you will be issued a payment receipt (sent via email) and our Event Guidelines will be shared with you.
