T&T’s GREEN EXPO is a B2C, family event aimed at promoting green living & sustainable lifestyles across T&T. The main intention of this expo is to encourage healthier lifestyles, create awareness & instill passion for a clean, green, sustainable environment amongst our citizens. Product categories include eco friendly and environmentally safe items, smart homes & building, food & beverages, organic products, health & wellness, beauty & personal care, locally made & artisan crafts, home & garden, plants & agriculture, outdoor & landscaping, aquaponics, hydroponics, and many more similar products.
The Green Expo is specifically aimed at promoting products that are green, healthy, eco-friendly, healing, earthly, artisan or garden based. Entrepreneurs in the business of landscaping & maintenance, garden sculptures & garden displays, heirloom vegetable plants, bee keeping, flowering plants, terrariums, seedlings, fruit trees and even florists are all invited to be a part of this extravagant event. Also invited to participate are local artisans whose products are made or enhanced by the use of our local fruits, herbs and flowers to create botanical body oils, soaps, cocoa creams, honey, pepper sauce, jellies, chutneys, coconut oil & more. Persons using wood, clay, concrete or other types of eco-friendly material to make plant pots or garden ornaments are also invited to attend.
This Expo promises high exhibitor and customer satisfaction as we encourage eco-friendly habits in everyday life. At this event we’ll build customer engagement through knowledge awarded prizes and hourly giveaways which is shared throughout the day on social media, continually encouraging customers to visit this dynamic event.

Artisan Booth Details:
Dimensions: 6 x 2.5 feet (72 x 30 inches)
Equipment: 1 rectangular 6ft table w/cloth & 2 padded chairs
Cost: $400 TTD per booth
Additional Equipment: Chairs – $5 each
The dimensions of a booth space are 20ft x 12ft (L x W), comprising of 240 sq. feet for booth set-up & product display. Each booth space comes with a 6 ft rectangular table & two chairs. Exhibitors can rent more than one booth space. Additional chairs & tables can also be provided at an additional cost. Exhibitors can also request access to electricity. Businesses can share their booth with similar businesses if desired.
Access to Point of Sale Machine
At our events we provide Point of Sale (LINX) machines so that all exhibitors attending can accept both LINX & credit card payments from customers, as many customers prefer these electronic payment options. Accepting these payments is a very simple process & if you wish on event day you can visit the South Market booth and a team member will give you a quick demo of how the Point of Sale machine is utilized at our events. Our team will be onsite throughout the day to assist with the use of this machine.

Green Expo Event Policies
1. The April 2022 exhibit show hours are:
Saturday 9th April, 2022 : Duration 10am-5pm
2. Exhibit Setup & Breakdown
Tentative installation of exhibits will be on the morning of Saturday, 09 April 2022 between 8-10am. All exhibits must be completely assembled by 10am. Late exhibitors may not be allowed to set up during exhibit hours. Only exhibitors will be allowed in the exhibit area when the show is not officially open. The exhibit breakdown can start at 4:00pm. If you wish to exit earlier simply notify the South Market team.
3. Booths
Standard booth dimensions are 20’ wide X 10’ deep. Exhibitors are free to decorate their allocated space as desired. Any additional equipment requested (tables or chairs) must be booked from the South Market team in advance of the expo. Businesses can rent multiple booth spaces if desired.
4. Contract for Space
The registration to be a part of this event constitutes a contract for the right to use the space allocated. The event organisers reserve the right to cancel any contract with any exhibitor any time prior to or during the expo.
5. Assignment of Booth Spaces
The exhibit space will be assigned upon payment on a first-come, first-served basis by the organisers. The organisers will honour to the best of its ability, the preference for booth space as requested by each exhibitor.
6. Insurance Coverage and Liabilit
The owners & management of the venue and the event organisers will not be responsible or liable in the case of fire, theft, loss, or damage of any exhibitor’s equipment on or off the premises. Exhibitors are welcomed to secure their own insurance coverage to protect themselves, their equipment & products. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the owners & management of the venue and the event organisers, their agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, harm and claims.
7. Restrictions
Event management reserves the right to restrict exhibits which because of noise, method of operation or any other reason considered objectionable and to prohibit or evict any exhibit which in the opinion of the organisers may detract from the general character of the show. This restriction includes things, conduct, printed matter, or anything of character which may be objectionable to the event as a whole. In the event of any such objections or eviction, the organisers are not liable for any refunds on rentals or other exhibit expenses.
8. Care of Building and Booths
Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building or booths. No signs or any other materials or articles shall be attached in any way to the walls or floors without written permission. Furthermore, no booths shall extend on to the passageways or vertically to interfere with sight lines of neighbouring booths without written permission.
9. Point of Sale Machine
At our events we provide Point of sale machines so that all exhibitors attending can accept both LINX & credit card payments from customers. Exhibitors are charged a $2 TTD fee for each customer LINX payment made and 5% of each credit card transaction on the LINX Machine. It is up to the exhibitor to accept credit card payments & they can always request the customer to pay via LINX card. NB: JMMB Bank is no longer part of the LINX network and as such all their bank cards incur the credit card fee.
10. Policies
These regulations become a part of the contract between the exhibitor and Cityscape Productions Limited, who are the official organising committee for this event. They have been formulated for the best interests of both parties. The organisers request the full cooperation of the exhibitors in their observance of these policies. All points not covered are subject to the decision of the event management. The management reserves the right to make changes necessary to the best interest of the event.
