1­. Enter the required details.

2. Use a password that’s at least 12 characters long.
Vendor Tip: To make your password stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers & symbols like:

3. Enter your Shop Name (NB: This will be the name of your online store).

4. When you enter your Shop Name this will also automatically populate the Shop URL section.
Vendor Tip: You should copy your Shop URL as it’s the link you can share with customers to send them directly to your online store.

5. Read & agree to the Terms & Conditions.

6. After entering all information required click Register.

Click Let’s Go! to fully complete your online store.
Vendor Tip: We advise completing these steps now to avoid having to do them later.

Enter the relevant information.

Vendor Tip: We recommend changing your:

1. Store Product Per Page to 12

2. Changing your Store Categories from Uncategorized to a more suitable category or categories.

3. For Email click the checkbox if you want your email to be displayed to online customers.

After entering the relevant details click Continue.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]STEP 5: 
Enter your banking information. This information is required for us to reimburse your earnings to your account.
Vendor Tip: If using a FCB account please enter your full name exactly as it appears on your DP or ID card.

After entering the relevant details click Continue.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Your Online Store is ready. Click Go to your Store Dashboard to start familiarizing yourself.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]You’ll get the message below as our team will need to authorize & activate your profile before you can continue. Your account will be activated within 24 hours or less. After your account is activated you can proceed to upload your products & images.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Vendor Tip: When uploading your products please use any main category that is closest to your product. Also the products you upload may go into a ‘pending’ status for us to review and approve before it is active on the site.

STEP 6:

1. Please click our 868 Help tab in the Vendor Dashboard to access our Vendor Resources. These resources provides additional guidance to you for setting up your online store.

2. Start compiling your product images & product descriptions (if you haven’t done so already) so that you can start selling online in the shortest time possible. We request that all images be square and have a white background. Please visit 868 Help > New Vendor Guide for further image guidelines & assistance.

3. If you have any requests, concerns or need further assistance please submit it via the Contact Admin feature on the Vendor Dashboard (see 2nd screenshot below).

4.
