It is our pleasure to invite you to be a part of the South Market taking place at the Naparima (Boys) College in San Fernando. A diversity of exhibitors, small entrepreneurs, local artisans and craft makers are always invited to our events. As a result, the South Market has a very unique blend of products & services including homemade foods, gourmet cakes & desserts, pastries & baked treats, local liqueurs & wines, handcrafted jewellery, locally made chows, pepper sauces & jellies, unique gift items, handmade arts & crafts, artisan soaps and candles, locally blended coffee & teas, freshly made juices & smoothies, Trinidadian produced chocolates, cocoa & honey products, massage therapy, clothing & accessories, a wide range of makeup and beauty products, natural skincare blends, scrubs & body butters, plants, exclusive paintings and so much more!
Admission is free and the event is open to the public from 10am to 5pm. Merchants are required to come in between 8am-10am on that day for setting up their tables. All merchants will also have access to a shared LINX Machine for accepting LINX payments from customers. Separate male & female washrooms are available to both customers and merchants. The venue is fully air conditioned, spacious and ideally located in San Fernando. There is also a huge car park on the compound which provides parking for over 200 vehicles. Additional parking, for another 150 vehicles, is also available on the recreation field (next to the auditorium). Parking attendants would also be onsite to assist with parking.
Rectangular six feet tables (72 x 30 inches) are provided to merchants for displaying their products & services available for sale. The cost of renting one table is $325 TT dollars. Each table comes with a tablecloth and two chairs. Full payment is required to confirm your table at the event. Payments can be made at the bank through a bank deposit or via online banking facilities utilizing any of the 5 major banks: Republic, FCB, RBC, Scotia or JMMB Bank.
