Invitation to South Market at Valpark
Dear Exhibitor,
We’re thrilled to invite you to participate in the upcoming South Market at Valpark Shopping Plaza, Valsayn! Our events feature a unique mix of exhibitors, including small entrepreneurs, artisans, and craft makers, offering products such as gourmet foods, handcrafted jewelry, artisan soaps, local wines, skincare, artwork, and more. Admission is free, and the event is open to the public from 10am to 5pm. Merchants are required to set up between 8am and 9:45am
To make the day hassle-free, our team will assist with loading and unloading vehicles. Hand trolleys will also be available. Merchants can use our South Market LINX machine for customer payments, with reimbursement forms provided at the event.
To confirm your table, full payment is required via bank deposit or online banking (Republic, FCB, RBC, Scotia, JMMB). Once payment is made, we’ll email your receipt and event guidelines.
Our events are widely advertised on social media, through email, and via flyers, ensuring excellent exposure. You can view pictures and videos from past events on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend a market, we will issue a refund or put your full payment towards any upcoming market as long as we are notified in writing (via email) at least 10 working days prior to the event. Any cancellation made within 10 working days of the event or after this, is non-refundable and non-transferable. For any refund to be reimbursed via the bank there is a TT $25 fee for processing each of these requests. If unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, pandemic, etc.), results in the cancellation of a market, your full payment will be moved forward to another upcoming event. In this instance no cancellation fee will apply & our team will correspond with you regarding your payment transfer to another available event date, which is suitable to you. Participants must agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy in order to register for any of our events.
